How I Self-Tan To Get A Nice Bronze Glow

Hey everyone! Who doesn't love a fabulous sun-kissed look for those hot summer months without damaging your skin with those harmful UV rays? My product of choice is Estee Lauder's Bronze Goddess Tinted Self-Tanning Gelee for Body! I started off by using a deluxe sample of this and feel in love with it that I went out and bought the full size version.

What's great about this product is that it is perfect for using when you are in a rush and you need to get to your location ASAP! While you are in the shower, make sure to exfoliate and after you towel dry your body, apply a nice layer of this self-tanner all over. There is a slight shimmer to it which looks quite beautiful on the skin actually! It will dry in 10-20 minutes and it is NOT sticky at all! It has never rubbed off on my clothes either! You do not have to apply this and wait for a few hours to wash the excess off. You simply apply it to your body, finish getting ready and then by the time you walk out the door, it will be dried leaving you with a gorgeous glow! Keep in mind: the tan takes about an hour or so to develop.

It smells pleasant and it doesn't smell like those horrible overly strong self-tanners that you hate using because of the strong chemicals! It also gives off a nice glow that is not orange! There is a buildable coverage without it looking sloppy on the skin so I like to apply it every 2-4 days. It is in a squeezable tube and is very easy to apply which is another plus!

You can purchase the matching face product to go along with this self-tanner for the body. I don't like to self-tan my face and that's just my preference. I bought my bottle at a cosmetic outlet and found it just by chance. I would highly recommend this product but I know it can be a bit expensive for some people. If you are looking to get a very deep tan from this product then you will by disappointed and your best bet is to try The Cabana Tan Extreme in Dark from Million Dollar Tan which works awesome as well!

UPDATE: I have recently found out through an Estee Lauder representative that the Estee Lauder Tanning Gelee is discontinued.  She suggested to use the Aerin Gradual Tan for Face & Body instead, but I know nothing about it so I can't speak on that. I would recommend the Million Dollar Tan in this case then because I have purchased and used it in the past with great results!

STAY CLASSY.

Thanks for stopping by!

P.S. This blog post is not sponsored. I purchased this lovely product with my own money and it was not sent out to me for consideration.
