Target Canada Liquidation - Day 1

Hey everyone! I was in the area today and decided to check out the so called "amazing deals" that were supposed to be comparable to Black Friday sales. Let me tell you that I was completely underwhelmed. The sales were not very good at all. I can get cheaper prices for full priced items in the U.S. Also, there were so many customers in the store! There was even someone who was controlling the line to check out so that things were easier for the cashiers and situations didn't get out of hand.

What I Saw:
- Household items, food, creams, pads and vitamins were 10% off.
- Cosmetics were 30% off and it was far too crowded with women, strollers and shopping carts for me to even browse.
- I believe Apple products were only 5% off but I could be mistaken. (That number was NOT a typo.)
- Also, there was a verbal fight amongst employees in the store and that made me leave because I felt very uncomfortable.
- This is NOT my usual Target and let me reiterate that I was simply in the area and I have no plans on returning to this particular location.

Anyway, I only purchased two items.

A pair of sunglasses that were 30% off (all sunglasses are 30% off the regular price,) as well as a Sonia Kashuk brush holder that I have seen online in the past and wanted. The brush holder has a little chip in it but hey, it's a liquidation sale and you get what you pay for. This item was misplaced in the store and I randomly came across it.

Don't expect whichever store you visit to be organized because there are products everywhere! You really need to take your time and look around. If I decided to go back to my usual Target next week, I'll be sure to keep you posted on my findings.

Until next time,

STAY CLASSY.
