Hey everyone! I picked up all these products at the TSC Warehouse Sale | July 2018 and wanted to give you my thoughts on each item in 1 single post!

Bye Bye Lines Serum - $70 (30 ml) - This serum claims to be for all skin types and that this is a weightless wonder serum that helps to erase fine lines, wrinkles as well as deliver many other benefits to the skin. In one application, I use 3 full pumps for my face and this bottle is small so I feel like I will go through this product like water. There is a slight scent to it that is pleasant and you can use this both in the morning as well as the night time. It also suggests that you can use this in place of your moisturizer which I tried out. There are a lot of ingredients in this serum that you can read about if you click on the link above. Some ingredients include: peptides, hydrolyzed collagen, hyaluronic acid and argan oil. Also, I feel that I won't be able to get all the product inside the bottle due to the design which is annoying. 

Update: It went up in price and is now $77.

 Bye Bye Under Eye Cream - $63 (15 ml) - This claims to help smooth, brighten and de-puff the under eye area. It is recommended that you use this both in the morning and at night to get powerful results. I do like the formula of this product as it is thicker, but it is rather expensive as you are getting half a fluid ounce. It did not dehydrate my skin and although it worked well for me, I couldn't justify spending full price on an eye cream that will only last me a few months. Ingredients found in this formula include: copper, blue algae, caffeine, vitamin c, cucumber, collagen and peptides. This is developed with plastic surgeons and dermatologists. This is clinically tested, ophthalmologist tested, paraben free and cruelty free. This eye cream has a 12 month shelf life and is made in Korea but distributed in New Jersey. It can be used on all skin types including sensitive.

 Hello Light Crème Anti-Aging Radiance Crème Luminizer in Radiance - $32 (6.53 g) - This cream highlighter claims to give you that lit from within glow that is formulated with hydrolyzed collagen, peptides as well as using drops of light technology that helps to give you a natural looking glow. There is a pamphlet inside that shows you the ideal points to apply this product onto your face which as basically all the high points of your face. This product is very natural and to get the colour payoff that you see in the swatches, you need to really build up the product. If you are looking for a natural product then this is the one for you but I honestly prefer my Colourpop Super Shock Cheek Highlighters. It is better to apply with your fingers than a sponge because it sheers out the product way too much. This isn't a favourite of mine and I may see if my Mom can get better use out of it.

 Bye Bye Pores Poreless Finish Airbrush Pressed Powder in Translucent - $38 (9 g)  -This powder claims to help blur your pores as well as your imperfections, and that it is a mattifying setting powder. It gives off a silky, skin perfecting finish that helps give your skin a youthful, airbrushed complexion. Ingredients found in this powder include: peptides, silk, antioxidants and hydrolyzed collagen. I really like this powder and yes, it does feel silky smooth on the skin. I will be taking this powder with me on my trip and it comes with a sponge underneath which is perfect for on-the-go touch-ups. The translucent shade claims to be for all skin tones but I'm really not sure if it actually is as the powder is white. It is: talc free, paraben free and also, cruelty free. It is clinically tested and has a shelf life of 24 months. 

Update: It's now $40.

 I like the fact that it comes with a sponge at the bottom of the compact which is perfect for on-the-go touch-ups!

Superhero Mascara in Super Black (9 ml) $32 - This mascara surprised me in a good way! It was very hyped up and I wasn't sure if I should fall into the hype or not. It is definitely worth all the hype and it gave my lashes volume as well as length! It is going to be the only mascara that I travel with and it did not flake on me throughout the day. My eyes were very watery and none of the product ended up transferring! This also claims to be suitable for contact lens wearers which applies to be from time-to-time. I have hard lashes to deal with as they are long and straight. I really need to curl them and this mascara helps my lashes look great throughout the day! 

 2 Month Update: This is hands down my favourite mascara of all time as it gives my sparse, straight lashes both volume as well as length. It truly does transform your lashes as it says on the box. The only downfall is that it can get messy and the formula does get stuck in the crack where you untwist the product to get to the applicator when you open the tube up. I can look past that but just wanted to give you a warning here! 

 Hello Lashes 5-in-1 Volumizing Mascara in Black (9.9 ml) $32 - This mascara claims to be volumizing and the packaging does feel luxurious. It has a: conditioning primer, peptide-infused lash serum, a lash tint and a lash comb. I still curl my lashes before using this mascara and I felt that it separated my lashes really but it was good for giving my lashes length - not so much volume. The ball on the end is great for getting the hard to reach lashes in the inner corners and remind me of the COVERGIRL mascara that I reviewed in the past on my old domain. I much prefer the Superhero mascara over this one but it isn't a bad mascara by any means; it just depends what you are looking for in a mascara.

4 IT Cosmetics Makeup Brushes | Review

Hey everyone! I picked up each brush for only $5 CAD at the TSC Warehouse Sale | July 2018 and wanted to give you my thoughts on each one!

Heavenly Luxe Complexion Perfection Foundation Globe Brush - $58: This is probably my favourite brush out of the 4 as the bristles are so soft, plush and they feel great on the skin! This is a dense, dome shaped brush that I like to use to apply my powder and you can also use it to apply foundation onto your face. The handle is holographic and that is what initially drew me to this brush as it is very aesthetically pleasing. This brush has not been shedding on me and it is easy to wash! 

Update: It's been confirmed on the website that this brush has been discontinued.

Heavenly Luxe Brow Power Universal Brow-Transformer Brush - $24: I normally don't like dual-sided brushes but this one gets a pass from me because it is practical and I always am using a spoolie on my eyebrows! I even convinced my Mom to get this brush too! This is great to travel with as you only need this one tool instead of bringing two brushes with you. If you are a beginner, there is a how-to guide included with your dual-sided brush that you can reference when drawing on your brows!

Heavenly Luxe Airbrush Blush Brush No.20 - $48: The angled shape is meant to help hug your cheeks and apply product right where you want it to be! The bristles are micro-fine, dual synthetic fibres that have an airy brush head and can be used to apply cream or liquid products into the skin. I even use it for my powder blushes or when I want to blend out something on my face but am adding no additional product onto my brush!

Heavenly Luxe Double Airbrush Foundation Brush - $48: This is a dense brush that has a flat top which is good for buffing product into the skin but the dual-fibre brush hairs tend to absorb a lot of the product. This brush did not wash too easily as you really need to wash the brush hairs a few times as product tends to want to stay in the middle. I use this brush for buffing foundation into my skin and all their brushes as cruelty-free!

Simple Everyday Winter Makeup

Hey everyone! I wanted to share with you an easy, go-to look that I have been wearing on most days! It only takes a few minutes and your skin will definitely be looking more luminous if you decide to try this out!

I have been using a hydrating cream that smells like roses that is from Fresh to give my skin the moisture that it has been lacking! It is pretty dry and very cold where I live therefore, I like to add some luminosity to my dull skin in the winter time. I also like to add some colour back into my face with bronzer and blush!

IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Illumination Anti-Aging Concealer & Waterproof 5-in-1 Micro-Fiber Creme Gel Stain Review

Hey everyone! Today I will be sharing with you two products from IT Cosmetics that I love! Both items have already replaced other beauty products that I have been using in my every day makeup routine.

It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Illumination Anti-Aging Concealer in Tan

It is described as a "full coverage anti-aging concealer" and it comes in four shades: Light, Medium, Tan and Deep. This product is equally as pigmented as the original Bye Bye Under Eye Anti-Aging Concealer. The main difference with this concealer is that they added Drops of Light Technology for a more lit-from-within look. Since it is a full-coverage concealer, keep in mind that a little goes a long way. Also, I personally found that the shades ran rather light so keep that in-mind when you are purchasing this item. 

I applied this product to areas that I wanted to bring light to my face such as: down the bridge of my nose, on my cupid's bow, on my chin and under my eye area. I used a beauty blender to distribute the product evenly and it really did a great job at brightening the areas that I applied it to especially, the under eye area! My skin looked luminous even when the foundation sat on top of the concealer. I decided to apply another layer (this is of course optional,) on top of the foundation. It wasn't too much at all, I looked youthful, awake and my skin was luminous! When I applied my highlighter to the same areas that I applied this product, I was very impressed and this is truly a great lit-from-within summer look!

It Cosmetics Waterproof 5-in-1 Micro-Fiber Creme Gel Stain in Dark Brown

This particular product comes in 5 different shades and has 5 different technologies to help you achieve natural-looking eyebrows that really compliment your face. This product is waterproof, designed to last 24 hours of wear and is a budge-proof formula that mimics the look of real hair to give you that perfect eyebrow colour. On the IT Cosmetics web site, it says that “it’s your building fibers, taming creme gel, fill-in powder, and long-wear stain all in one step!”

I applied this product with an angled brush and I felt that it was very creamy, easy to work with and it just glided on my face effortlessly. The colour matched me well and I can just reach for this product when I am in a rush and I can give myself natural looking eyebrows. Previously, I have been using the Anastasia Dip Brow Pomade in Dark Brown and I felt as though my jar was dried out when it arrived at my house. If I were to compare the two, I feel like I really like the Build-A-Brow much more and this will now be replacing my Anastasia Dip Brow.
