Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Body Scrub Review

Hey everyone! I love how Soap & Glory products smell and I actually used up their Hand Food Hydrating Hand Cream that I featured in my December Empties. I was originally torn between getting their Breakfast Scrub and their Sugar Crush Body Scrub. I decided on the Sugar Crush Body Scrub because I absolutely love lime and there is brown sugar in here as well which I also use in my DIY Coffee Scrub! 

Price & Where To Buy
I purchased mine online at Shoppers Drug Mart's Beauty Boutique. They don't carry Soap & Glory at Sephora but if you live in the USA, you can purchase it at Ulta. For 10.1 US Fl Oz/300 ml of product, it will cost you $20 CAD or $15 USD. This will definitely last me a long time and throughout the Summer. 

Overall Thoughts
I love that it comes in a container with a twist off lid because that is exactly how I like my scrub to be packaged. The sweet lime scent is something that I looked forward to each time that I had to exfoliate in the shower. If you do not like lime scented products, then this one is not for you and I suggest that you pass on this. I liked that it was gritty but not overly gritty to use on the skin.

This is a sugar based scrub so keep that in mind when you are using it because if you apply this directly onto your skin with the water coming down, it will dissolve very quickly. I definitely felt that this scrub was doing its job and I would repurchase it in a heartbeat once I run out of it!

Go-To Lip Scrubs

Hey everyone! My lips get extremely chapped and flaky once the cold weather hits. I have tried numerous lip scrubs on the market and these two have been a stand-out in my books! One is affordable and one is a little bit more expensive but they both get the job done.

Lush Bubblegum Lip Scrub - $10.95 CAD for 25 grams or 0.8 oz - I have tried a lot of the different flavours of lip scrubs and I keep going back to this one. I can't seem to ever use up an entire pot of this before it expires as they give you a ton of product! This is a very sweet scent and they use a lot of fresh as well as natural ingredients. There is Organic Jojoba Oil inside which helps to moisturize your lips. The best part of using this scrub is that since it is sugar based, you can lick some of it if you want to! Tarte Lip Facial Lip Scrub - $21 CAD for 0.10 oz - I have the smaller version which came in the Ready, Set, Glow! Skincare Kit from Tarte that was purchased on the Sephora web site. This is a twist up lip scrub that is hypoallergenic and part of their Rainforest of The Sea Collection. It is perfect to take while travelling or when you are on the go. The packaging is great and it is very easy to use. This has a minty scent to it and you are able to be more precise with this product because it comes in a stick form rather than a pot. They use raw sugar which is a fine gritty texture. They also use shea butter which helps to moisturize and condition your lips.
