Pumpkin Patch & OOTD

Hey everyone! I visited a pumpkin patch for the first time ever in my life (shocking,) and I wanted to share with you some fun shots that we captured!

We went to Downey's on Sunday, October 22nd and it was packed! Parking was crazy but I managed to find a spot close to the entrance which was pure luck. Otherwise, I would have had to park 1 kilometre away. The pumpkins seemed to be picked through and the store inside was very busy. There was Pumpkinfest going on and lots of families took advantage of that.

 We didn't end up buying a pumpkin because the lines were very long. It was 0.40 cents per pound to purchase a pumpkin as they do it by weight. 

There were just so many people that there was absolutely no way that I could have gotten a photo in front of the sign so we improvised and went off to the side.

Hey everyone! The temperature is finally dropping and it's starting to feel like fall! What better other way than to share with you 3 Fall looks that I put together!

I wanted to make this look casual yet stylish. You can run errands in this comfortable fleece hoodie yet still look trendy at the same time. If you get a call from your friend while running errands, you can definitely go for a coffee in the same outfit as it is very practical and very fall-esque.

This is a more dressed up look that is still very comfortable. The top is honestly so soft and comfortable. There is a zipper at the back but this top is not tight at the neck nor restricting at all throughout the entire top. I love the detailing on the sleeves as they flared and give 1970's vibes. I paired the top to match the ankle boots. The lip ties in with my necklace and matching studs that are hidden behind my hair.

Low Life | The Weeknd Inspired Outfit

Hey everyone! I was inspired by the Low Life music video by The Weeknd & Future to put this outfit together. The scene where they are outside by the car, you can see that they are both wearing camouflage printed clothing items. I was specifically inspired by The Weeknd's outfit, and I went straight into my closet to pull out my bomber jacket instead of wearing a hoodie like he did. He also wore black jeans but I decided to wear ripped jeans that have a more blue undertone to them.

This outfit definitely has an androgynous aesthetic to it. The jeans are baggy, combat boots (in general,) can be worn by males or females and the bomber jacket is actually from the men's section. A lot of people shy away from exploring the androgynous side of fashion but I actually love it! I still did make it feminine enough by adding a choker necklace and also, a crop top to show some skin.

I was at the Drake concert this past August where Future sang 'Low Life' on stage live in Toronto at the ACC (Air Canada Centre,) and that was an amazing moment that I'll never forget! He told the crowd to sing The Weeknd's part since he is from Scarborough. This song is still one of my favourites and it never gets old for me.

How To Style: Camel, Tan, Brown & Burnt Red Together

Hey everyone! As you may already know, I absolutely love fall fashion! Not so much the colder weather, but I love the beautiful colours and the layers of clothing that we can get away with wearing! This is how I would style a fall dress in the colour 'rust' or in more plain terms: a burnt red shade. Duster Coats are all the rage now and I put one over my dress to keep myself warm. You can see that I tied it at the back but if there is a draft, I can just untie it so that I can tie it in the front to block out the cold air from getting in. The camel purse was the perfect accessory along with the heels and the Tiger's Eye choker to tie this look together.
