How To Get Rid of Pimples

Hey everyone! I have tried so many different ways to get rid of my pimples throughout the years and have almost always gone back to one method. I wanted to share that with you today because it is extremely affordable and effective!

Your Pimples Will Be No More!
I use the Queen Helene The Original Mint Julep Masque at night to dry out my pimples and I wake up the following morning amazed! The redness has gone down significantly and my pimple is barely there anymore! For really bad pimples, you may have to use this two days consecutively but the pimple does eventually go away. I haven't found another cheaper alternative that has outdone this product. I have spent a lot of money on more expensive products that didn't even come close to doing half of what this one does.

Where To Buy, Price & Different Containers
I actually purchased mine in the USA and let me tell you, I had a very hard time tracking this product down! When I was travelling, I was in 2 or 3 different states (over the course of a few months) and I finally found it in the last state which I believe was Michigan. It was at the drugstore but if you live in Canada, you can purchase yours at Sally's Beauty Supply. Mine is in the squeeze bottle (8 oz) but it also comes in a tub (3 oz). There are different scents but I just stick to the original because it has done me no wrong!

Other Benefits
This not only dries up pimples, it also helps to remove blackheads and shrinks your enlarged pores! This is really a miracle worker and this tube has lasted me awhile because a little bit of it goes a long way. The consistency is rather thick and it is a mint green colour. For some reason, it reminds me of toothpaste when you squeeze it out of the tube but we all know that you shouldn't apply toothpaste onto the face to dry out pimples. That can lead to scarring on your face and I have seen it first hand on someone else's face. This product was created by a dermatologist and is not irritating on the skin. You an also use this as a facial mask, just apply, wait 15 minutes or until it is dried and then remove with warm water.

Let me know if you have tried out this product before and/or what you use on your pimples!

Until next time,

STAY CLASSY

Canadian Thanksgiving 2016 & How I Styled A Tunic

Hey everyone! I hope that all my Canadians had a great Thanksgiving and ate lots of delicious food! I went to a friend's house on the Sunday and I went to my Aunt's place yesterday, (on the Monday) to celebrate! I wanted to share with you what I wore on both days and how you can wear a tunic as well as how to wear multiple trends at the same time.

Outfit #1
I opted for a very fall look and wanted to incorporate these gorgeous fall colours into my outfit. They paired beautifully and I was both warm as well as comfortable in my outfit.

Details:
Brown Duster Coat - Sirens Outlet
Above The Knee Dress - Forever 21
Wine Necklace & Matching Earrings - Hope's
Lip Combo: ColourPop Lippie Pencil in Brink, Revlon Lip Butter in Raspberry Pie & Revlon Colourburst Lip Gloss in Bordeaux

Outfit #2
You can see here that I wore: my DIY choker, a velvet tunic and an off the shoulder top which are ALL big trends this fall. Of course I wore it with my: faux fur coat, a comfortable pair of leggings and my go-to trusty combat boots.

Details:
White Crop Top - Hollister
Velveteen Tunic - Forever 21
Black Leggings - Forever 21
Black Combat Boots - Hautelook
Lips: Marc Jacobs Beauty - Le Marc Lip Creme Lipstick in Kiss Kiss Bang Bang

This is how it looks like from the side.

The Table
My aunt always decorates the table very beautifully and here is a closer look at it.

The Food
The photo on the far left side is actually not edible, it is a table decoration that is shown in the centre of the table in the photo above. Don't let it fool you! The leaves are also fake on the table. The soup was a butternut squash soup with coconut milk, onion and I believe apples. Pictured on the far right was your typical Thanksgiving meal: cranberries, turkey, carrots, brussels sprouts, carrots, mashed potatoes and stuffing. There were also peas available but I don't care for peas. Of course there was gravy as well but I decided against having gravy this year.

Now onto desert! My two aunts made pumpkin pie with cloves inside and on the left, you have a cheesecake with MacIntosh apples laid on top of the crust! They were both delicious!

Until next time,

STAY CLASSY.
