Hey everyone! I wanted to write this quick post about Sigma Beauty. I had previously ordered the Mr.Bunny - Essential kit 2 years ago. I use several brushes from this kit every single day because I simply adore them. They are soft, durable and they get the job done!
However, my Duo Fibre F50 brush broke recently. The ferrule separated from the handle. I was very upset because it is my every day brush! Last time I ordered from Sigma Beauty (before the price increase,) I had to pay taxes and was also slapped with duties at the post office. For those who are unaware, I live in Canada (GTA) and to the USA it is considered international even though we share the same continent....I digress.
I ended up reaching out to Sigma over my concern and let me just say, they have a fabulous customer service team! They addressed the issue at hand and responded promptly which I appreciated. They were able to help me out and sent me a replacement brush. Not only did they do this, they also sent it with a tracking number so I knew when to expect it.
I am extremely pleased with their generosity and concern. I will continue to repurchase from them in the future. Not every story has to have a bad ending.
